Katherine Levasseur was one of the many kilt-clad dancers gracefully springing over lines of crossed swords at the Highland dance national championships near the end of July, red tartan socks pulled up to her knees and arm arching overhead.
Levasseur, from Hinesburg, is a certified Highland dance instructor and the championships have been a lifelong dream. She and her student, Charlotte Stone, flew to Dallas to compete among some of the best Highland dancers in the world....Read the full article here.
